Thus, this coffee server also need to have a certain novelty and originality.
Our trans-boundary technology brand invites the world’s most flexible Robot PLEN.D. Wearing a cute apron, PLEN.D takes JYU UAV to fall down from sky to send the personally planted green plants and freshly brewed coffee to us and ushers in “Qianhai Afternoon Tea” Thanksgiving Month.
When we are seeking for the robot serving coffee, the whole process doesn’t go smooth. We take Pepper Robot of Softbank Corporation into account at the very start. It lies in that it can read human’s emotions by means of judging human’s facial expressions and intonations. For simple design of its arms and flexible movement of each finger, it is extremely suitable for our assumption. This robot is indeed difficult to be rented for the reason of limited quantity of first-batch launch. So we start to seek for a new assistant, then we purchased PLEN.D.
PLEN is an intelligent robot with the height of merely 9 inches. A video on PLEN’s skating has had more than two million views at YouTube. It has won the First Prize in Silicon Valley RoboGame Competition (Freestyle Section) respectively in 2006 and 2007. PLEN also becomes the sought-after product which is competitively collected by world-wide robots fans. PLEN.D is the latest version of PLEN.
PLEN.D could merely be taken as a pile of parts when it was transported from Tokyo. We invite two engineers coming from “Chaihuo Makers Space” to assemble these parts. Then, we selected JYU UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) which has appropriate load-bearing capacity to take PLEN.D to fly into City Center at Thanksgiving Day.
