「PLAY HOME」ART PROJECT, nurtures the brand’s youth via a space

Sup’s, a black and white 2D home, creates brand-new experiential retail scenarios.

In 2020, Suning’s high-end retail service brand “Sup’s” invited KAI to plan its debut physical branding event.

Referring to Sup’s identity as a “CURATOR” and its young high-end target audience, KAI is conceiving of a fresh experience for the brand showcase - a plan to invite diverse artists to create in a pop-up space, to build up a Sup’s home, with naturally setting the Sup’s retail products there, for sharing Sup’s life aesthetics and artist’s amazing creativities.

Therefore, Sup’s 「PLAY HOME」ART PROJECT comes to life.

 

 

 

 KAI x SUP’S x Emily Forgot, going to a Black & White 2D HOME. 

In this plan, we’ve launched a co-creation in hands with the British artist Emily Forgot.

Emily Forgot is notable for her minimal art style of strong space sense. Her passion for architecture & interior spaces allows her unbound creations between the real and the imagined. She’s collaborated with V&A Museum (UK), the world’s leading department store HARRODS and the boutique hotel citizenM (Netherlands), etc. Her exhibitions have toured through Ireland, U.K, Belgium, and the U.S.A.

 Through Emily’s creation, the 120m² store for the plan is transformed into a black and white 2D world. The brand identity as a young and trendy curator is fully presented in her designing details.
